3273. It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, from his grandfather that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: "There is no vow except that by means of which Allāh's Face is sought, and no oath to sever ties of kinship." (Hasan)
3273 - حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ الضَّبِّيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِيْ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا نَذْرَ إِلَّا فِيمَا يُبْتَغَى بِهِ وَجْهُ اللَّهِ، وَلَا يَمِينَ فِي قَطِيعَةِ رَحِمٍ»
