3296. It was reported from Hammām who said: "Qatādah informed us, from 'Ikrimah, from Ibn 'Abbās, that the sister of 'Uqbah bin 'Āmir vowed to walk to the Ka'bah, but the Prophet ﷺ ordered her to ride and to offer a sacrifice (Hadi)."(Hasan)
3296 - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ أُخْتَ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، نَذَرَتْ أَنْ تَمْشِيَ، إِلَى الْبَيْتِ " فَأَمَرَهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: أَنْ تَرْكَبَ وَتُهْدِيَ هَدْيًا "
