3406. It was narrated from Ibn Khuthaim, from Abū Az-Zubair, from Jābir bin 'Abdullāh, who said: "I heard the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ say: 'Whoever does not give up Mukḥābarah, announce to him a declaration of war from Allāh and His Messenger.'" (Da'īf)
3406 - حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ رَجَاءٍ يَعْنِي الْمَكِّيَّ، قَالَ ابْنُ خُثَيْمٍ: حَدَّثَنِي عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ لَمْ يَذَرْ الْمُخَابَرَةَ فَلْيَأْذَنْ بِحَرْبٍ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ»
