English translation

3516. It was narrated from Abū Rāfi‘ that he heard the Prophet ﷺ say: “The neighbor has more right to property that is near.” (Sahih)

Arabic text

3516 - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ النُّفَيْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ، سَمِعَ عَمْرَو بْنَ الشَّرِيدِ، سَمِعَ أَبَا رَافِعٍ، سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِسَقَبِهِ»
