3543. It was narrated from Hishām bin 'Urwah, from his father, he said: "An-Nu'mān bin Bashīr narrated to me, he said that his father gave him a slave, and the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said to him: "What is this slave?" He said: "My slave whom my father gave to me." He said: "Did he give to all of your brothers as he gave to you?" He said: "No." he said: "Then give him back." (Sahih)
3543 - حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، حَدَّثَنِي النُّعْمَانُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ، قَالَ: أَعْطَاهُ أَبُوهُ غُلَامًا، فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَا هَذَا الْغُلَامُ؟» قَالَ: غُلَامِي أَعْطَانِيهِ أَبِي، قَالَ: «فَكُلَّ إِخْوَتِكَ أَعْطَى كَمَا أَعْطَاكَ؟» قَالَ: لَا، قَالَ: «فَارْدُدْهُ»
