English translation

3653. It was narrated from AbU Sallam, from a man who served the Prophet that when the Prophet said a Ijadith, he would repeat it three times. (Hasan)

Arabic text

3653 - حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي عَقِيلٍ هَاشِمِ بْنِ بِلَالٍ، عَنْ سَابِقِ بْنِ نَاجِيَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَّامٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، خَدَمَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا حَدَّثَ حَدِيثًا، أَعَادَهُ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ»
