English translation
3806. It was narrated that Khālid bin Al-Walīd said: “I went on campaign to Khaibar with the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ. The Jews came and complained that the people (i.e., the Muslims) were rushing into their pens (to take their livestock). The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: ‘The wealth of the Mu’āhidin[1] is not permissible except that which is due from them. Forbidden to you are domestic donkeys and horses and mules, and every predator that has fangs, and every bird that has talons.’” (Da’if)
