English translation

4081. It was narrated from Abū Az-Zubair that Jābir said: "The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ forbade Aṣ-Ṣammā,[1] and Ihtibā' in one garment. (Saḥīh)

Arabic text

4081 - حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الصَّمَّاءِ، وَعَنِ الاحْتِبَاءِ فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ»
