4113. It was narrated from Al-Awzā'ī, from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, from his grandfather that the Prophet ﷺ said: "If one of you gives his slave woman in marriage to his (male) slave, he should not look at her 'Awrah." (Hasan)
4113 - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمَيْمُونِ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا زَوَّجَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَبْدَهُ أَمَتَهُ، فَلَا يَنْظُرْ إِلَى عَوْرَتِهَا»
