4139. It was narrated from Abū Hurairah that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: "When one of you puts on his sandals let him start on his right, and when he takes them off let him start on his left; let the right be the first to be put on, and let the left be the first to be taken off." (Saḥīh)
4139 - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا انْتَعَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَبْدَأْ بِالْيَمِينِ، وَإِذَا نَزَعَ فَلْيَبْدَأْ بِالشِّمَالِ، وَلْتَكُنِ الْيَمِينُ أَوَّلَهُمَا يَنْتَعِلُ، وَآخِرَهُمَا يَنْزِعُ»
