English translation

4415. It was narrated from Qatādah, from Al-Hasan, from Hithṭān bin ‘Abdullāh Ar-Raqāshī, from 'Ubādah bin Aṣ-Ṣāmit, who said: "The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: 'Learn from me, learn from me, learn from me: Allāh has ordained for them another way. For a married person with a married person, one hundred lashes and stoning to death, and for an unmarried person with an unmarried person, one hundred lashes and banishment for one year.'" (Ṣaḥīḥ)

4415 - حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ حَطَّانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الرَّقَاشِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " خُذُوا عَنِّي، خُذُوا عَنِّي، قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا: الثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَرَمْيٌ بِالْحِجَارَةِ، وَالْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَنَفْيُ سَنَةٍ ".
