English translation

4483. It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said words to this effect. He said: "I think he said the fifth time: 'If he drinks it (again) then execute him.'" (Da'if) Abū Dāwūd said: In the Hadīth of Abū 'Ghuṭaif it also mentions it the fifth time.

4483 - حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: بِهَذَا الْمَعْنَى قَالَ: وَأَحْسِبُهُ قَالَ فِي الْخَامِسَةِ: «إِنْ شَرِبَهَا فَاقْتُلُوهُ» قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ: «وَكَذَا فِي حَدِيثِ أَبِي غُطَيْفٍ فِي الْخَامِسَةِ»
