English translation

4553. It was narrated from 'Alqamah and Al-Aswad: "In the case (of a killing) that appears intentional, 'Abdullāh said: 'Twenty-five Hiqqah, twenty-five Jadh'ah, twenty-five Bint Labūn, and twenty-five Bint Makhād.” (Da'if)

4553 - حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ عَلِيٌّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: فِي الْخَطَإِ أَرْبَاعًا خَمْسٌ وَعِشْرُونَ حِقَّةً، وَخَمْسٌ وَعِشْرُونَ جَذَعَةً، وَخَمْسٌ وَعِشْرُونَ بَنَاتِ لَبُونٍ، وَخَمْسٌ وَعِشْرُونَ بَنَاتِ مَخَاضٍ "
