4606. It was narrated that 'Aishah said: "The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: 'Whoever introduces something into this matter of ours that is not part of it, he will have it rejected.'" (Sahih) Ibn 'Eisā (one of the narrators) said: "The Prophet ﷺ said: 'Whoever does something upon other than our matter, he will have it rejected.'"
4606 - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ الْبَزَّازُ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمَخْرَمِيُّ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِي أَمْرِنَا هَذَا مَا لَيْسَ فِيهِ فَهُوَ رَدٌّ» قَالَ ابْنُ عِيسَى: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ صَنَعَ أَمْرًا عَلَى غَيْرِ أَمْرِنَا فَهُوَ رَدٌّ»
