Text and translation

English translation

492. It was narrated from Abū Sa‘eed that he said: “The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said;” — in his narration, Mūsā (one of the narrators) said: “‘Amr (one of the narrators) thought it was: “Indeed the Prophet ﷺ said: ‘All of the earth is a place of prostration, except a Hammām,[1] and a graveyard.”” (Ṣaḥīḥ)

492 - حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ يَحْيَى، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: - وَقَالَ مُوسَى فِي حَدِيثِهِ فِيمَا يَحْسَبُ عَمْرٌو - إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الْأَرْضُ كُلُّهَا مَسْجِدٌ إِلَّا الْحَمَّامَ وَالْمَقْبَرَةَ»
