English translation

493. Al-Barā' bin 'Āzib narrated that a man asked the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ about praying in camel pens. He replied: "Do not pray in the camel resting areas, since they are from Shaitān." He was then asked about praying in goat pens,[2] to which he replied: "Pray in them, for they are blessed." (Sahih)

493 - حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الرَّازِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ، قَالَ: سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ فِي مَبَارِكِ الْإِبِلِ؟ فَقَالَ: «لَا تُصَلُّوا فِي مَبَارِكِ الْإِبِلِ فَإِنَّهَا مِنَ الشَّيَاطِينِ» وَسُئِلَ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ فِي مَرَابِضِ الْغَنَمِ؟ فَقَالَ: «صَلُّوا فِيهَا فَإِنَّهَا بَرَكَةٌ»
