5020. It was narrated that Abū Razīn said: "The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: 'A dream hovers over a man so long as it is not interpreted, then when it is interpreted it is fulfilled.'" He said: "And I think he said: 'Do not tell it except to one who loves you or is wise.'" (Ḥasan)
5020 - حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ وَكِيعِ بْنِ عُدُسٍ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ أَبِي رَزِينٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الرُّؤْيَا عَلَى رِجْلِ طَائِرٍ، مَا لَمْ تُعَبَّرْ فَإِذَا عُبِّرَتْ وَقَعَتْ» قَالَ: وَأَحْسِبُهُ قَالَ: «وَلَا تَقُصَّهَا إِلَّا عَلَى وَادٍّ، أَوْ ذِي رَأْيٍ»
