Text and translation

English translation

749. It was reported from Sharīk, from Yazīd bin Abī Ziyād, from 'Abdur-Raḥmān bin Abī Lailā, from Al-Barā' bin 'Āzib that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ, when he used to start the prayer, would raise his hands close to the level of his ears, then he would not repeat (that). (Da'if)
