902. It was reported from Ibn 'Ajlan from Sumaiyy from Abū Ṣāliḥ, from Abū Hurairah, he said: "The Companions complained to the Prophet ﷺ regarding the difficulty (they felt) when they spread (their arms out) during prostration. So he replied: " (Use your) knees to help you." (Da'if)
902 - حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ، عَنْ سُمَيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: اشْتَكَى أَصْحَابُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَشَقَّةَ السُّجُودِ عَلَيْهِمْ إِذَا انْفَرَجُوا، فَقَالَ: «اسْتَعِينُوا بِالرُّكَبِ»
