English translation

906. 'Uqbah bin 'Āmir Al-Juhānī said that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: "No one performs the Wudu' having performed it well, and prays two Rak'ahs, while having full concentration of his heart and soul in them, except that Paradise becomes obligatory for him." (Sahih)

Commentary

Performing Wudū well, includes doing so according to the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ. All the limbs should be washed properly and completely. No water should be wasted. It should begin with saying 'Bismillāh', and end with the relevant supplication.
