1869. Narrated Abū Hurairah رضي الله عنه: The Prophet ﷺ said, "I have made Al-Madina a sanctuary between its two (Harra) mountains." The Prophet ﷺ went to the tribe of Banī Hārītha and said (to them), "I see that you have gone out of the sanctuary," but looking around, he added, "No, you are inside the sanctuary."
1869 - حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَخِي، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ المَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «حُرِّمَ مَا بَيْنَ لاَبَتَيِ المَدِينَةِ عَلَى لِسَانِي»، قَالَ: وَأَتَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَنِي حَارِثَةَ، فَقَالَ: أَرَاكُمْ يَا بَنِي حَارِثَةَ قَدْ خَرَجْتُمْ مِنَ الحَرَمِ، ثُمَّ التَفَتَ، فَقَالَ: «بَلْ أَنْتُمْ فِيهِ»
