English translation
2331. Narrated Ibn 'Umar رضي الله عنهما: Allāh's Messenger ﷺ gave the land of Khaibar to the Jews on the condition that they work on it and cultivate it, and be given half of its yield.

2331 - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُقَاتِلٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَعْطَى خَيْبَرَ اليَهُودَ، عَلَى أَنْ يَعْمَلُوهَا وَيَزْرَعُوهَا، وَلَهُمْ شَطْرُ مَا خَرَجَ مِنْهَا»
