2381. Narrated Jābir bin 'Abdullāh رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: The Prophet ﷺ forbade the sales called Al-Mukhābara, Al-Muhāqala and Al-Muzābana and the selling of fruits till they are free from blights. He forbade the selling of the fruits except for money, except the 'Arāyā.
2381 - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا «نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ المُخَابَرَةِ، وَالمُحَاقَلَةِ، وَعَنِ المُزَابَنَةِ، وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهَا، وَأَنْ لاَ تُبَاعَ إِلَّا بِالدِّينَارِ وَالدِّرْهَمِ، إِلَّا العَرَايَا»
