English translation

2836. Narrated Al-Barā' رضي الله عنه: The Prophet ﷺ went on carrying (the earth) and saying, "Without You (O Allāh!) we would have got no guidance."

Arabic text

2836 - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، سَمِعْتُ البَرَاءَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَنْقُلُ، وَيَقُولُ: «لَوْلاَ أَنْتَ مَا اهْتَدَيْنَا»
