3449. Narrated Abū Hurairah رضي الله عنه: Allāh’s Messenger ﷺ said, “How will you be when the son of Maryam (Mary) [Īsā (Jesus عليه السلام)] descends amongst you, and he will judge people by the law of the Qur’ān and not by the law of the Gospel.” [See Faṭḥ Al-Bārī].
3449 - حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، مَوْلَى أَبِي قَتَادَةَ الأَنْصَارِيِّ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «كَيْفَ أَنْتُمْ إِذَا نَزَلَ ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ فِيكُمْ، وَإِمَامُكُمْ مِنْكُمْ»، تَابَعَهُ عُقَيْلٌ، وَالأَوْزَاعِيُّ
