English translation
3987. Narrated Abū Mūsā that the Prophet ﷺ said, "The good is what Allāh gave us later on (after the Day of the battle of Uhud), and the reward of truthfulness is what Allāh gave us after the day (of the battle) of Badr."(1)

3987 - حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ العَلاَءِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ بُرَيْدٍ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، أُرَاهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «وَإِذَا الخَيْرُ مَا جَاءَ اللَّهُ بِهِ مِنَ الخَيْرِ بَعْدُ، وَثَوَابُ الصِّدْقِ الَّذِي آتَانَا بَعْدَ يَوْمِ بَدْرٍ»
