English translation
4283. He then added, "No believer will inherit an infidel's property, and no infidel will inherit the property of a believer." Az-Zuhri was asked, "Who inherited Abū Ṭālib?" Az-Zuhri replied, "'Aqīl and Ṭālib inherited him."

4283 - ثُمَّ قَالَ: «لاَ يَرِثُ المُؤْمِنُ الكَافِرَ، وَلاَ يَرِثُ الكَافِرُ المُؤْمِنَ» قِيلَ لِلزُّهْرِيِّ: وَمَنْ وَرِثَ أَبَا طَالِبٍ؟ قَالَ: «وَرِثَهُ عَقِيلٌ وَطَالِبٌ»، قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ: «أَيْنَ تَنْزِلُ غَدًا فِي حَجَّتِهِ؟» وَلَمْ يَقُلْ يُونُسُ: «حَجَّتِهِ وَلاَ زَمَنَ الفَتْحِ»
