455. ‘Urwa said that ‘Aishah رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا added, “I saw the Prophet ﷺ while the Ethiopians were playing with their spears.”

Arabic text

455 - زَادَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ المُنْذِرِ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: «رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَالحَبَشَةُ يَلْعَبُونَ بِحِرَابِهِمْ»
