465. Narrated Anas bin Mālik رضي الله عنه: Two of the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ departed from him on a dark night and were led by two lights like lamps (going in front of them from Allāh عزوجل as a miracle) lighting the way in front of them, and when they parted, each of them was accompanied by one of these lights till they reached their (respective) houses.
465 - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ المُثَنَّى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ «أَنَّ رَجُلَيْنِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَرَجَا مِنْ عِنْدِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي لَيْلَةٍ مُظْلِمَةٍ، وَمَعَهُمَا مِثْلُ المِصْبَاحَيْنِ يُضِيئَانِ بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمَا، فَلَمَّا افْتَرَقَا صَارَ مَعَ كُلِّ وَاحِدٍ، مِنْهُمَا وَاحِدٌ حَتَّى أَتَى أَهْلَهُ»
