4752. Narrated Ibn Abī Mulaika: I heard 'Aishah reciting: "When you were inventing a lie with your tongues..." (V.24:15)(1)

Arabic text

4752 - حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَنَّ ابْنَ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَهُمْ، قَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ: سَمِعْتُ عَائِشَةَ، " تَقْرَأُ: إِذْ تَلِقُونَهُ بِأَلْسِنَتِكُمْ " بَابُ {وَلَوْلاَ إِذْ سَمِعْتُمُوهُ قُلْتُمْ مَا يَكُونُ لَنَا أَنْ نَتَكَلَّمَ بِهَذَا سُبْحَانَكَ هَذَا بُهْتَانٌ عَظِيمٌ} [النور: 16]
