Ivisited Allāh's Messenger ﷺ while he wassuffering from a high fever. I said, "O Allāh'sMessenger! You have a high fever." He said,"Yes, I have as much fever as two men ofyou." I said, "Is it because you will have adouble reward?" He said, "Yes, it is so. NoMuslim is afflicted with any harm, even if itwere the prick of a thorn, but that Allāhexpiates his sins because of that, as a treesheds its leaves."
