5740. Narrated Abū Hurairah رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: The Prophet صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ said, "The effect of an evil eye is a fact." And he prohibited tattooing.
