English translation

5847. Narrated Ibn 'Umar رضي الله عنهما: The Prophet ﷺ forbade a Muḥrim to wear clothes dyed with Wars or saffron.

Arabic text

5847 - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: «نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَلْبَسَ المُحْرِمُ ثَوْبًا مَصْبُوغًا بِوَرْسٍ أَوْ بِزَعْفَرَانٍ»
