English translation
6700. Narrated 'Aishah رضي الله عنها: The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever vowed to be obedient to Allāh, must be obedient to Him; and whoever vowed to be disobedient to Allāh, should not be disobedient to Him."

To vow for something which one does not possess, and to vow for something sinful.

6700 - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ المَلِكِ، عَنِ القَاسِمِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، قَالَتْ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ نَذَرَ أَنْ يُطِيعَ اللَّهَ فَلْيُطِعْهُ، وَمَنْ نَذَرَ أَنْ يَعْصِيَهُ فَلاَ يَعْصِهِ»
