English translation

7334. Narrated Sahl: The distance between the pulpit and the wall of the mosque on the side of the Qiblah was just sufficient for a sheep to pass through.

Arabic text

7334 - حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو غَسَّانَ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو حَازِمٍ، عَنْ سَهْلٍ: «أَنَّهُ كَانَ بَيْنَ جِدَارِ المَسْجِدِ مِمَّا يَلِي القِبْلَةَ وَبَيْنَ المِنْبَرِ مَمَرُّ الشَّاةِ»
