English translation

928. Narrated 'Abdullāh (bin 'Umar رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا : The Prophet ﷺ used to deliver two Khutba (religious talk) and sit in between them.

Arabic text

928 - حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ المُفَضَّلِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ: «كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْطُبُ خُطْبَتَيْنِ يَقْعُدُ بَيْنَهُمَا»
