1570. Narrated Jābir bin 'Abdullāh رضي الله عنه: We came with Allāh's Messenger ﷺ (to Makkah) and we were saying: Labbaika Allāhumma labbaik for Hajj. Allāh's Messenger ﷺ ordered us to perform Umra with that Ihram (instead of Hajj).
1570 - حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ مُجَاهِدًا، يَقُولُ: حَدَّثَنَا جَابِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ: قَدِمْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَنَحْنُ نَقُولُ: لَبَّيْكَ اللَّهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ بِالحَجِّ، «فَأَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَجَعَلْنَاهَا عُمْرَةً»
