English translation
1831. Narrated 'Aishah رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا the wife of the Prophet ﷺ: Allāh's Messenger ﷺ called a house-lizard, a bad animal, but I did not hear him ordering that it should be killed." [See H.3306].

1831 - حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، - زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ لِلْوَزَغِ: «فُوَيْسِقٌ» وَلَمْ أَسْمَعْهُ أَمَرَ بِقَتْلِهِ، قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ: «إِنَّمَا أَرَدْنَا بِهَذَا أَنَّ مِنًى مِنَ الحَرَمِ وَأَنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَرَوْا بِقَتْلِ الحَيَّةِ بَأْسًا»
