English translation
2106. Narrated Anas رضي الله عنه: The Prophet ﷺ said, “O Banī Najjār! Suggest a price for your garden.” Part of it was a ruin and it contained some date-palms.
Hadith 2106
The owner of a thing has to suggest a price.

2106 - حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الوَارِثِ، عَنْ أَبِي التَّيَّاحِ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «يَا بَنِي النَّجَّارِ ثَامِنُونِي بِحَائِطِكُمْ، وَفِيهِ خِرَبٌ وَنَخْلٌ»
