English translation

3050. Narrated Jubair (who was among the captives of the battle of Badr): I heard the Prophet ﷺ reciting 'Sūrat-At-Tūr' in the Maghrib prayer.

Arabic text

3050 - حَدَّثَنِي مَحْمُودٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، وَكَانَ جَاءَ فِي أُسَارَى بَدْرٍ قَالَ: «سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقْرَأُ فِي المَغْرِبِ بِالطُّورِ»
