English translation
3644. Narrated Ibn 'Umar رضي الله عنهما: Allāh's Messenger ﷺ said, "There is always goodness in the forelocks of horses (meant for Jihād in Allāh's Cause) till the Day of Resurrection."

3644 - حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «الخَيْلُ فِي نَوَاصِيهَا الخَيْرُ إِلَى يَوْمِ القِيَامَةِ»
