3954. Narrated Ibn ‘Abbās رضي الله عنهما: The believers who failed to join (the Ghazwā of) Badr and those who took part in it are not equal (in reward).

: 3954 - حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى، أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ، أَنَّ ابْنَ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَهُمْ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الكَرِيمِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ مِقْسَمًا، مَوْلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الحَارِثِ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَهُ يَقُولُ: {لاَ يَسْتَوِي القَاعِدُونَ مِنَ المُؤْمِنِينَ} [النساء: 95] عَنْ بَدْرٍ، وَالخَارِجُونَ إِلَى بَدْرٍ "
