English translation

404. Narrated 'Abdullāh رضي الله عنه: Once the Prophet ﷺ offered five Rak'ā in Zuhr prayer. He was asked, "Is there an increase in the (Rak'ā) of Ṣalāt (prayers)?" The Prophet ﷺ said, "And what is it?" They said, "You have offered five Rak'ā." So he bent his legs and performed two prostrations (of Sahw).
