4110. Narrated Sulaimān bin Ṣurad: When the Confederates were driven away, I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying: "From now onwards we will go to attack them (i.e., the infidels) and they will not come to attack us, but we will go to them."
4110 - حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، سَمِعْتُ أَبَا إِسْحَاقَ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ صُرَدٍ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ: حِينَ أَجْلَى الأَحْزَابَ عَنْهُ: «الآنَ نَغْزُوهُمْ وَلاَ يَغْزُونَنَا، نَحْنُ نَسِيرُ إِلَيْهِمْ»
