English translation
4305, 4306. Narrated Mujāshī: I took my brother to the Prophet ﷺ after the Conquest (of Makkah) and said, "O Allāh's Messenger! I have come to you with my brother so that you may take a Bai'a (pledge) from him for emigration." The Prophet ﷺ said, "The people of emigration (i.e., those who emigrated to Al-Madina before the Conquest) enjoyed the privileges of emigration (i.e., there is no need for emigration anymore)." I said to the Prophet ﷺ, "For what will you take his Bai'a?" The Prophet ﷺ said, "I will take his Bai'a for Islām, Īmān (belief), and for Jihād (i.e., fighting in Allāh's Cause)".
