English translation
4426. Narrated As-Sä'ib bin Yazid: I remember that I went out with the boys to (the place called) Thaniyat-ul-Wada' to receive Allah's Messenger jW.

4426 - حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ، عَنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، يَقُولُ: أَذْكُرُ أَنِّي «خَرَجْتُ مَعَ الغِلْمَانِ إِلَى ثَنِيَّةِ الوَدَاعِ، نَتَلَقَّى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ»، وَقَالَ سُفْيَانُ مَرَّةً : «مَعَ الصِّبْيَانِ»
