5313. Narrated Ibn 'Umar رضي الله عنهم: Allāh's Messenger ﷺ separated (divorced) the wife from her husband who accused her for an illegal sexual intercourse, and made them take the oath of Li'an.

5313 - حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ المُنْذِرِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا أَخْبَرَهُ: «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَّقَ بَيْنَ رَجُلٍ وَامْرَأَةٍ قَذَفَهَا، وَأَحْلَفَهُمَا»
