5532. Narrated Ibn 'Abbās رضي الله عنهم: The Prophet ﷺ passed by a dead goat and said, "There is no harm if its owners benefit from its skin."

5532 - حَدَّثَنَا خَطَّابُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حِمْيَرَ، عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ عَجْلاَنَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، يَقُولُ: مَرَّ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِعَنْزٍ مَيِّتَةٍ، فَقَالَ: «مَا عَلَى أَهْلِهَا لَوِ انْتَفَعُوا بِإِهَابِهَا»
