614. Narrated Jābir bin 'Abdullāh رضي الله عنه: Allāh's Messenger ﷺ said, "Whoever after listening to the Adhān says, 'Allāhumma Rabba hādhīhid-da' watī-tāmmati waṣ-ṣalātīl qā'imati, āti Muḥammadanīl-wasīlata wal-faḍilata, wab'-athḥu maqāman maḥmūdanīl-ladḥī wa-'adtahū [O Allāh! Lord of this perfect call (of not ascribing partners to You) and of the regular Ṣalāt (prayer) which is going to be established! Kindly give Muḥammad (ﷺ) Al-Wasilah (highest position in Paradise) and Al-Fadilah (extra degree of honour) and raise him to Maqām Mahmūd {a station of praise and glory, i.e., the honour of intercession (شفاعة الكبر) on the Day of Resurrection}, which You have promised him], then intercession for me will be permitted for him on the Day of Resurrection".
