6293. Narrated Sālim's father: The Prophet ﷺ said, "Do not keep the fire burning in your houses when you go to bed."
Hadith 6293
Fire (lanterns, etc.) should not be kept lit in the house at bedtime.

6293 - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لاَ تَتْرُكُوا النَّارَ فِي بُيُوتِكُمْ حِينَ تَنَامُونَ»
